Brand new for 2022 are the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro Youth Shoulder Pads. While offering the same pro-level protection and comfortability, CCM has incorporated a few key features specifically designed for younger players learning to play the game.

Jumping right into the build of the Tacks ASV-Pro Shoulder Pads, CCM used an E-Fit Stretch Neck construction. This elastic neck opening allows for an easy fit so young players can even dress themselves.

Moving to the shoulders of the Tacks ASV-Pro Shoulder Pads, the caps are constructed with high-quality PE shoulder caps reinforced with PE foam for added comfort and protection. Just below the shoulder caps are the bicep guards with E-fit sleeves and adaptfit bicep adjustments. These slip on e-fit strapless bicep sleeves include an easily adjustable height strap to customize bicep protection and fit.

For the sternum area of the ASV-Pro, elite level protection is powered by high quality foam and D30 for extra impact distribution in a floating construction that moves comfortably with the player. Likewise, the spine will use lightweight foam for elite level comfort and have integrated molded PE foam for maximum protection.

Moving to the mid-section, the Tacks AS-V Pro Shoulder Pads feature an adjustable belly pad with full length Velcro adjustment straps. A large Velcro landing and height adjustable/removable belly pad combine for lightweight customizable protection that is ultra-comfortable for little players. This gives a custom fit feel for growing players.
