We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, United States Postal Service Money Orders and wire transfers. All prices listed on are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Debit cards are welcome but before making any large purchase, you may want to check with your card issuer to make sure you do not exceed your card’s daily or transactional limit. Gift Cards purchased at any of our MonkeySports SuperStore locations may not be redeemed on We are unable to accept multiple payment methods for a single order through our website. All orders placed through® are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.

In order to guard against fraudulent activity,® must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time of your order.

If your shipping address is different than your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card issuer to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card issuer about your shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card issuer about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process.

If your selected payment method is PayPal, we will ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.

A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact customer service to verify if your order had been received.

You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines. Air orders placed before 1:00 PM Central typically ship same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM Central on a Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders containing customized products will be held until the custom product has been made. Please allow 1 business day to process orders for E-Gift Certificates.

You can check the status of your order on our website at any time by visiting our order status page. Enter your email address and order number to view the status of your order. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.

Due to our incredibly fast order processing times, once your order is placed we will be unable to make any changes to your order. Please double check your order and make sure all the information is correct before placing your order.

We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order, subject to our current availability and pricing.

Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn't been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping address.

Occasionally we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order products due to their limited availability and/or popularity. By placing a pre-order, you will be among the first to receive the latest items. When you place a pre-order, either over the phone or through the website, your order is placed on hold until the product arrives at our warehouse. Your credit card is charged when the order is placed. When the product arrives, your order is shipped within 48 hours. Your order may be cancelled up until your order is processed for shipping, but not after.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change without notice. Estimates that we provide are based on the delivery dates the manufacture provides to us. Complications such as logistics, production delays and product shortages may arise. These factors are outside of our control. Please check the product you are interested in for the most recent delivery estimate.

There is no additional fee for placing a pre-order.

Pricing Error: Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference or request an intercept from the shipping carrier. The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.

Price Protection: Due to the unpredictable and volatile nature of the hockey equipment industry, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. We are unable to retroactively adjust or credit orders for products that may have been subsequently discounted or reduced via promotional code or special offer. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased, or a promotion has been offered. Please be rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.

All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) at 5%. In addition, the following Provincial Sales Tax (“PST”) or Harmonized Sales Tax (“HST”) might apply, depending on the item and the destination of the shipment:

Electronic Gift (E-Gift) Certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion and they're ideal for that 'Hard to Shop For' person. E-Gift Certificates can be used on any item you find on E-Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100 and $150.

E-Gift Certificates are not valid at our retail locations and are valid only for the site from which they were issued. E-Gift Certificates are generally processed within 1 Business Day and they can be emailed directly to you or the recipient. When you are ready to redeem an E-Gift Certificate simply enter the code in the space provided for E-Gift Certificates / Rebound Rewards. Your code will begin with the @ character. If your E-Gift Certificate doesn't cover the entire amount of your order, you will be asked to supply a Credit/Debit Card to cover the balance of the order.

Gift Cards purchased at any of our MonkeySports store locations may not be redeemed on® is proud to offer our very own loyalty program, Rebound Rewards. Customer will receive a $5® Rebound Rewards Certificate Code for the first $100 in purchases. An additional $5 in value will be added to the Certificate Code for each additional $100 spent in that single transaction. One Certificate Code will be issued for each eligible order placed on® Rebound Rewards are earned on the amount of customer purchases after all applicable discounts are applied and before shipping and tax is imposed. Eligible customer purchases include sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise, but exclude the purchase of Gift Cards.® Rebound Rewards is not legal tender. No cash back. Shipping information

Standard Shipping is available to all locations within Canada. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, please ensure that all supplied billing information is correct and that alternate delivery address are on file with your bank or credit card company. The Time-In-Transit map estimates the number of business days required for you to receive your order, this map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, logistical or carrier labor related delays and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations, which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Express orders placed by 1:00 PM Central, typically ship same day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Express orders placed after 1:00 PM Central on a Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday business day. Order placed using Next Day Shipping that are shipped on a Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday, unless you select Next Day Saturday Shipping. Weekends, Holidays and the day of delivery do not count towards the delivery time. The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations, which may cause items to arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Please consult the shipping table below for expected costs and time in transit estimates. Please note that Next Day Shipping to residential addresses are not guaranteed and we do not issue refunds for orders sent using Next Day Shipping to a residential address if the delivery date is not met.

Please be aware that all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local mail authority - not®. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import rules and regulations prior to ordering. We are unable to designate orders as "Gifts" or otherwise. Orders to some countries (including Russia) can only be sent via Canada Postal Service.

Order Pick-Ups: Orders leaving are picked up Monday through Fridays only. Typically, orders placed by 1:00 PM Central will ship same day provided that all items are in stock and the shipping and billing information has been verified.

Address Changes: Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; we are unable to change the address of your order once it passes through our verification stage.

Some products on may be subject to oversized shipping fees. Typically wheeled equipment bags, equipment racks and full size hockey goals require an oversized shipping fee. These fees are in addition to the cost of shipping and will be denoted on the product page.

Due to limitations, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes via UPS. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be shipped using Canada Post Priority.

The shipping courier will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. Most couriers allow you the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

Return information

IMPORTANT: Items purchased from cannot be returned to any of our locations in the United States; this includes retail stores and our distribution center.

Standard Return Policy: We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our Standard Return Policy within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. skates in 6.5D, 7.0D & 7.5D) and choose to return some, but not all products, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Other restrictions may apply.

To help maintain our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, most merchandise purchased from® may be returned within 90 days for a partial refund (purchase price minus 10% restocking fee). Products returned within 30 days of purchase, will not incur a restocking fee. All product returns require a Return Authorization Number. Items purchased from are not eligible for returns or exchanges at our retail locations. Items purchased from a MonkeySports SuperStore may only be returned or exchanged at a MonkeySports SuperStore. The return policy for our MonkeySports SuperStores differs from our website, please contact the nearest MonkeySports SuperStore for additional details.

Limited Return Policy: Items that are purchased under our Limited Return Policy may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Other restrictions may apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

  • - Sharpened or Baked Skates - Do not sharpen or bake skates until you are certain they fit correctly
  • - Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product
  • - Mouthguards - Due to hygenic reasons

Most manufacturers provide warranty services for defective products, directly. Please contact us at 800.343.6162 for a return authorization number (RA #). Download the Return Authorization form (Adobe Acrobat is required to view the form). Please fill in the requested information on our product return form, and carefully follow the instructions for return. A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be refused and returned. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Customer Service department to obtain another number.® does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry.® will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals etc.), in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature. Please take special care when opening products shipped in plastic clamshell packaging as we may be unable to accept a return for items with destroyed or damaged packaging. Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return for credit or replacement. Products that are returned to® with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our database (® maintains serial number tracking).

Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. We will not, under any circumstances, accept a return that uses a skate box or shoe box as the outer box even if the items inside are different than what is depicted on the box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Refused deliveries will be subject to a return shipping fee. Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to®.

Customers may use the carrier of their choice to return merchandise but we strongly advise customers to use a traceable shipping method for their own protection.

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our warehouse. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

If you purchased a product from us that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund or store credit and simply place a new order for the item you desire. A refund credit cannot be applied to a new purchase.

Please note that our standard Return Policy applies, only items eligible for a return may be returned for store credit. It may take 5-10 days for a return to be received, inspected and processed.

We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned within 30 days of purchase; after this all other returns of eligible product will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. Refunds do not apply to the cost of shipping or oversized handling charges. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even if the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping, the difference in shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected and processed.

Requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee. Store Credit issued for purchases previously made on, are only valid on We are unable to issue Store Credits for use on any of our other websites or MonkeySports SuperStores.

Redeeming Store Credit: If you have received store credit from a previous merchandise return, please enter the store credit order number in the ‘Order Comments’ section while placing your order online. Once our customer service team has had a chance to review your order, your store credit will be applied and any pending authorization will be removed or reduced depending on the balance. Please note that even if your store credit amount covers the entire cost of the order, a credit card number is still required to submit the order. Please make sure you have enough funds to cover the transaction prior to submitting your order.

An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced, or returned for a full refund for the purchase price provided that the item hasn't been used.® does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to®, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge.® will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.

All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued store credit for the original cost of the damaged item.

Should your package be deemed Lost in Transit, please contact us immediately. We do not issue refunds for Lost Items. An item that was deemed to be Lost will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued store credit for the original cost of the lost item.

Please allow 1 to 8 days for the processing of claims for lost U.P.S shipments and up to 40 days for lost Canada Post shipments.

Items sent as a promotional gift (Gift With Purchase) are required to be returned if the qualifying product is returned for a refund or store credit. If the gift item is not returned, the current purchase price of the item will be deducted from the refund or store credit. Gift items or items received as a gift with purchase cannot be exchanged or returned for refund or store credit unless the qualifying purchase items for the gift are returned.

Warranty information® will warranty your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date (excluding shafts and one-piece sticks, see Hockey Stick Warranty Information). If a product is covered by this warranty MonkeySports will repair at our discretion using new or refurbished components, or if a repair is not possible - issue a replacement. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper storage conditions. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (i.e. skate wheels, bearings, steel, etc.).

Items designated as Pro-Stock are not covered by any warranty; this includes but is not limited to Skates, Gloves, Pants, Sticks, Shafts, Helmets or Replacement Blades. Warranties for Oakley visors are handled directly by Reebok/CCM Hockey.

If a composite hockey stick/shaft is broken due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of being ordered, it may be eligible for replacement. In most cases, replacements are handled by the manufacturer directly. This warranty does not extend to pro stock: hockey sticks, shafts or replacement blades.
