WE OFFER TWO METHODS FOR YOU TO RETURN PRODUCTS
PRINT YOUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FROM HOME
Once you submit your return, you will receive a return confirmation containing a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Simply affix the label to your return package and drop it off at a Canada Post location. The return confirmation will contain tracking information allowing you to track your return easily online. Sign up to receive text message updates regarding the progress of your return shipment (text message rates may apply).
SHIP ON YOUR OWN USING THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE
Once you submit your return, you will receive packaging instructions. Follow them angd return the package using the carrier of your choice. This is the only return shipping method available for international customers.
Please allow between 5 and 7 days for us to receive, inspect, approve, and process the return. Refunds or store credits will be processed within 48 hours of an approved return.
