TeXtreme® Spread Tow (ST) Weave Carbon Fiber: Familiar to fans of Bauer's elite goalie sticks, TeXtreme® ST Carbon Fiber is woven in a 90° checkered pattern from strips of a larger carbon filament unspun yarn (tow). On the ice, the Pulse Goalie Stick's implementation of TeXtreme® ST Carbon Fiber not only stands out visually, but delivers an unmatched response with an ultra-light balance.
Expancel®: Commonly found in luxury car production, Expancel® refers to an ultra-lightweight, low-density expanding foam used to dampen vibrations and flex while also providing additional reinforcement.
Paddle & Shaft
30" (76.2 cm) Tapered Square Shaft: An extended 30" squared shaft not only gives goalies extra room for control, but increases leverage over the shaft and paddle, maximizing power to fire pucks down the boards. Furthering the Pulse Goalie Stick's focus on precision play, its squared shaft tapers down to the shoulder to complement its precision with a more ergonomic feel.
Ergonomic Grip w/ Rounded/Traditional Shoulder: Debuting with the Pulse Goalie Stick, a wider, rounded grip shape helps to fill negative space in the goalie's blocker hand with a smooth, ergonomic feel. Complemented by a unique hybrid shoulder shape, Bauer's new grip package gives the goalie a comfortable, controlled feel across the top, balanced by its traditional bottom shoulder allowing for quick, powerful redirects.
Tapered Ergo-Spine: Familiar to the fans of Bauer's Supreme sticks, Bauer's Ergo-Bridge architecture projects a wide, flat paddle face for precision rebound placement. Reshaped for the Pulse Goalie Stick, Bauer's Tapered Ergo-Spine is formed with a recessed paddle construction, reinforced down the center with a rigid carbon fiber spine to focus the stick's flex directly into the blade.
Toe & Blade
P28G Hybrid Toe Blade: Debuted with the Protocol goalie stick, Bauer's P28G adapts their fan-favorite P28 player curve to the crease. Designed to pull and play pucks off the boards with a squared top, balanced out by a quick rounded base and P28G curve for tight tape-to-tape passes.
TeXtreme® ST Carbon Fiber Blade w/ Expancel® Core: On the ice, the Pulse Goalie Stick's Expancel® Core blade handles pucks off the tape with a smooth, consistent feel. Offering just enough flex to keep the puck in tight, but maintaining the rigidity needed to maximize power transfer.
Bauer Hockey, LLC, warranties its goalie products to be free from defects in workmanship or material within the time frame specified by item. Bauer is not responsible for damages or abrasions to any equipment, as a result of playing the sport. Bauer does not warranty any wood sticks, composite sticks that have been used on concrete or asphalt, foam core sticks, or replacement blades. Claims determined by Bauer to be valid warranty claims will result in a one-time replacement of the item.
