Brand new for 2020, Brian’s Custom Sports introduces their latest addition to the Optik 2 line with the Brian’s Optik 2 Pro Intermediate Goalie Pants. Brian’s has developed the Optik 2 to outfit each goaltender with the best fit and protection at the lowest weight possible.

Looking at the Optik 2 Pants from the outside, you will notice the squared max coverage design that makes these pants appear large to the shooter while cutting down as much space as possible to save those extra in tight shots. Most noticeably, the thigh pads are designed to provide this max coverage and will create a tight seal of the five-hole and a seal to the post in an RVH situation. Up further on the hip flexor area on the Brian’s Optik 2 Pro Pants, you will see the squared frontal fins that are like the previous Optik pants model but slightly redesigned for more predictably rebounds and better overall protection.

Moving on to the inside of the Optik 2 Pro Intermediate Pants, the entire interior is design with Brian’s lightweight airknit design that helps cut down the overall weight of the Optik 2 pants. Next, you can the internal belt system that allows a goaltender to find their exact preferred fit with quick adjustments on the belt. Down in the legs, removable thigh cushion pads are in place to offer more protection or can be easily removed for further mobility.
