True sports will provide a one-time repair or replacement within 90 days from the original date of purchase for stock skate boot damage that occurs during normal playing conditions.
True sports will provide a one-time repair or replacement within 12 months from the original date of purchase for stock skate holder, runner, chassis damage that occurs during normal playing conditions.
These warranties will be honored provided the following conditions are met:
The product was purchased from an authorized true sports dealer
The original purchaser retains a proof of purchase (receipt) from the original transaction
The warranty claim is made within the applicable warranty period
The product was not gratuitously abused (ex: ripped, cut, torn), misused damaged by neglect, including prolonged exposure to inclement weather
The product was not modified or altered, including any repair done outside of true customer service
Any stated care instructions listed on the product or packaging were followed
